Registration and confirmation

Participation at the congress is tied to a registration. We accept registrations online. We will provide confirmation of all applications. Should you fail to receive said confirmation within 1 week’s time, please contact our colleagues (regisztracio@naputasok.hu) Payments received after 10 September can only be confirmed on site. Please bring your verification of payments with you to the venue.

The full participation fee includes

  • participation full time on the event
  • access to the exhibition

We hereby inform you that the participation DOES NOT include the costs of lunch and dinner! Should you wish to place orders for lunch and dinner, you can do so through our registration page. Terms of cancellation The organizers must be notified of all cancellations and changes in writing to the regisztracio@naputasok.hu e-mail address. All refunds will be processed after the Congress. Please include your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

Repayment conditions for cancellations

  • 100% refund for cancellations made prior to 30 June, 2017 (in such cases, we will only deduct a 10 EUR administrative fee).
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 June and 1 August, 2017.
  • We cannot provide refunds for cancellations made after 1st of August 2017.

Payments The registration fee and as indicated in the  email confirmation after registration, should be transferred to the Napút Művészeti Akadémia’s account by indicating the name of the participant. The invoice will be sent to you after receipt of the amount.

Payment for hotel rooms can be paid for the Hosts according to the e-mail confirmation. Parking Parking is free at the open-air parking space in front of the University

Official language

The official language of the training/congress is Hungarian and English.. We will do everything we can to provide participants with an opportunity to understand what is being discussed. In case of insufficient number of registrations, organizers reserve the right to change the program and/or location.
